All-on-X Implants

All-on-X is a full-arch implant solution that restores an entire upper or lower set of teeth using four to six carefully positioned implants. The replacement arch is fixed in place — it is not removed for cleaning, does not rely on adhesive, and functions much like a natural set of teeth. For patients who have lost most or all of their teeth on an arch, it is one of the most transformative treatments in modern dentistry.

At Pine Mountain Dental Care, Dr. Emer plans every All-on-X case with 3D Rayscan CBCT imaging to map bone volume, nerve position, and the ideal angle for each implant. Because the implants are placed to take advantage of the densest available bone, many patients who were told they lacked enough bone for traditional implants turn out to be good candidates. In selected cases a temporary arch can be placed the same day, so you leave with a full smile while the implants integrate.
